What is your guarantee?

Company will honor returns to its Returns Center for up to 15 days from the original shipment date during which time customer can return a gift for any reason.   We do not allow returns on bulk orders---if you have a concerns about the quality of a product, please order a sample prior to placing your bulk order.

Are there any restocking fees?

No.  We do not charge you to restock your gift.  If you have a legitimate reason for returning a gift, we do not want to penalize you.

How long does it take to receive a Return credit?

A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase.  

When might I be charged for a Return?

For Returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, that are refused by the recipient or that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors clearly attributed to Company, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit to be issued to Merchant.

What about damaged products?

"Damaged Goods Claim" should be filed with the shipping company.

What are your shipping fees?

All Fresh Roses are shipped overnite and charged $ 19.95
All other Fresh Flowers are shipped overnite from the growers and charged $19.95

No deliveries Saturday, Sunday, or Monday 
Fresh Flowers 4 You will make every attempt to ship every product on time directly to the address specified. Occasionally, this may not be possible. Please read our policy below about how we handle exceptions.

What is your shipping cut-off time?

If your order is placed before 12:00 pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time. No Saturday or Sunday Flower deliveries.

Can I select my shipping date?

Yes. At the time you place your order you may select a shipping date as much as 30 days in the future.

Can you guarantee my shipment will reach it's recipient at a specific date?

No delivery date is guaranteed unless Next Day or 2nd Day shipment method is chosen and paid for by the customer. However, Company will use its best efforts to deliver on or near the 'Expected Delivery Date' as shown on the website at the time of order for all shipping methods.

My shipment did not arrive on time, can you give me a credit?

Yes. In the event Company fails to ship a product on time and it fails to arrive on time, a $10.00 Courtesy Shipping Credit shall be issued to the customers credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the initial shipment. This does not apply to bulk orders which takes much more time and resources to create and ship.

GIFT BASKET CLAIMS AND RETURNS

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Fresh Flowers 4 You will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your customer's satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Fresh flowers 4 You and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.

  1. If the gift is simply not wanted, or the customer is not satisfied they may ship it back to us at their own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and un tampered with.
  2. If the gift is damaged or we have made an error: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However if we can not call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.

In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the members bill and the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Fresh Flowers 4 You and any address correction fees.
